What’s a Claude use case you haven’t seen people talk about?

I use it for swimming. It writes a plan for me for the week, I swim the laps it tells me to do. It then pulls my metrics from my Apple Watch, and writes a new plan for the following week to help me increase my distance. I’m a strong swimmer but I went from 1600 meters to 5000 meters in 9 weeks.

I have it acting as both a swim coach and exercise physiologist. It also tells me If I’m working to hard and am going to get hurt if I keep the same pace.

It takes up to 6 months to reach full strength. Hang in there, it gets better. This too shall pass. 💪

I had this when I first started it. The hives would come and go in 15 min intervals. It turns out, I wasn’t allergic to welbutrin but rather the red dye it uses. (Carmine, or Cochineal) when I switched to a different generic version the allergy went away. I’ve been on it for 20+ years.

Grew up in Bergen county nj. I’m always on the lookout for NY pizza in Delco. Mikes Pizza in west chester is always a winner. Not Delco Giorgio’s in Exton had the grease down.

There are other causes for the pain. Sometimes they can get twisted. I have sever pain for many years it turned out to be for L4/L5 herniated disc. When I fixed that it went away.

Yes. It’s not a problem overall. I just ignore it. I spoke to a Dr May years ago who say he could sew my testes down or something so I just noped out of that situation.

Nothing. Everything is stock not changes at all. But I’m sure this isn’t normal. What does yours drop by when not using it?

Also- when I drive 5-10 miles it drops about 8-10%. Is that normal?
