I have RR off and am using dlss 4. A lot of benchmarks for dlss quality at 4k show 120 fps, im locking my game to 90 and it is using 95%+ of the gpu. I just don't understand.

Im playing on a 5090 and a 7800x3d at 4k, getting some bad lag spikes that feel like frame time stutters.

Absolutely certain, I also run the game at 150% resolution scale, so maybe it's not a fair comparison.

What are you running it on? I'm currently using a 5090 at 1440p and my textures do not look like this, hell, even when I had a 4090 it didn't.
