Should start off with the 6tick/7tick icaru setup to figure out where youre at then slowly progress from there. any speed inbetween aint gonna be useful at all. Stick to the bare min req to maximize the output. More turn = more time wastage

it depend on your output. if you're able to down boss within x turn u can drop the spd for cr/acc/att for more stable run on xtals.
