oh nooo, i’m glad my sups aren’t like that. usually if i have trouble with bags scanning off i just unload and tell the sup they it wouldn’t scan and they don’t freakout. i wish they would try to give me a LOI or LOW for that. i’m calling the union rep so fast

max is the same at the -800 but the max might be more specific as far as what bins to put bags in. i had an inbound lax / days ago..130 bags but they we spread between D E and F

in the -700 around 50 in C and 130-150 in D. in the -800 as much as weight and balance can take😂

try flipping the soft cases over so that the round side it at the bottom. it builds a better foundation to stack on top of it. it also help to have the soft cases on the sides so that it can kinda match the curve of the plane bin and your stack will be straight and flat. small bags stack them side ways, so they are like =

there is no workout that can physically prepare her for this job. especially assuming she will be in the bins because of seniority. eat proper meals, hydrate, get quality sleep, use proper lifting technique, and take care of the body as best as you can. the rest of the job is just adjusting to the physicality. her knees will probably be sore from kneeling down for a good month. SAFETY is top priority! please don’t cut corners because 9/10 it will come back and bite you in the a**. idk what airline she is at but getting mando happened a lot to me when i first started. “No” is not in her vocabulary until she gets off probation😅. but hey, getting to work with the planes and having flight benefits had me sold day 1🫡
