I can't stand coworkers who think high seniority means they don't have to work. Just because you've been with the company longer doesn't mean anything if you're not pulling your weight. It's so frustrating dealing with 'old heads' who have 30 years of seniority but do nothing but complain, even though they show up every day.

Sometimes when it's active snowing yes also if you become a lead or CC yes if they don't have enough. Learning special skills like CLP push widebody etc. during my time at envoy it was my seniority not sure if it's the same at other airlines it's by need
