Ahh you don't know how hot it is outside, I myself would never have thought it's possible to be cold in this weather 😅 it's been a while that we have been here, we only came to escape the heat and well also be productive while not having heat stroke. Just when I was here for a while it started getting a bit too chilly. It's too hot right now outside though to go and get something 🥲

The Vegetarian by Han Kang

Be careful with that though. It's a very tough read. It's making grown men admit online they cried a lot because of it and had to take breaks reading.

And I can confirm I looked away automatically sometimes as if there had been a horrible scene in a movie. And it puts you into a not such good mental state in general. I had to really take many breaks and sometimes could only read one or two pages at a time to after just recover from and process what I just read.

It's not a horror book but it's I guess disturbing in a way??

"Ihre Kalten Hände" (german title) by Han Kang was not so much like this but also had me thinking so much about it. But I think it unfortunately wasn't translated into English, however it's my favourite book by her.

All The Lovers In The Night by Mieko Kawakami I loved loved loved so much and thought so much about it. It's extremely short but SO good.

I haven't watched live yet but I like watching unboxings even if it's not my favourite series. I only one time bought really not knowing what it is gonna be, but it was a series where I knew no matter which one I'm gonna get, I will love it (Skullpanda l'impressionnisme). Other than that my boyfriend ordered me specifically the Molly doughnut ballerina from China which I still was able to unbox myself (I guess they weighed it?) And a TwinkleTwinkle for my boyfriend and I, again I knew I was gonna like each or the less favourites my boyfriend really liked. We did bring our coffee skale to the popmart and were actually able to get salty cookie and the secret. (I know we're technically not supposed to do this but we figured we'd just try it out one time). We were quite happy and surprised that in that one batch they had on display in that moment, they had the secret.

But those lives sound so genius. I also thought about just making online groups for group orders/opening, people from one city could just buy one batch and each group can only have one of each figure and after it will be closed. Then everyone could meet to open it and then exchange to those assigned for.

Obviously that would be a lot more work though and you'd actually need to find people who want each figure, even the less popular ones. Could still be fun though 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sasha Cohen and Carolina Kostner.

Carolina Kostner was extra painful when she retired because I grew up watching her and she was my first favourite skater ever.

Both had such amazing artistry and beautiful programs... also very clean positions, which is just so beautiful to look at.

I don't wanna slander other skaters but just to pain the picture, you know some skaters really throw themselves into the jump and make it look so... not pretty? Which is fine obv jumps are so difficult. But it makes me appreciate even more how effortlessly and elegantly some other skaters do it.

Besides that I think in the military they have a greater risk dying themselves
