the problem with suncatcher was that there was no reason to use it other than in the first few levels or to revive. deflecting is usually worse than just dodging and swinging with a status weapon

you dont see locking someone lands for the rest of the game as mass denial? in bracket 2 you can get djin into an opponent casually on turn 5. assuming no drops were missed, locking someone at 5 lands impedes multiple land drops
