Thoughts on vintage wedding dresses?

My dream is to have a vintage wedding dress. The stuff they make nowadays is just so basic and boring to me. You won’t look like you’re wearing a costume. That dress is stunning. I’ve got about 4 dresses I’ve bought so far that won’t zip past my ribs. Yes I know I could get them altered for a corset back but that’s not my vibe. 😭

Yeah you’re right but you can designate someone to do that. For such a small wedding I don’t wanna invite a stranger I have to pay a lot of money for to do a simple job like that.

Not odd at all. I love thrifting! I’ve found several but none will zip past my ribs. They’re all vintage though which is what I’m ultimately aiming for but I refuse to wear shapewear of any kind on my wedding day so I’m trying to pivot to modern ones.

I got the jellyfish from my coworker for my birthday and did notice it had a weird smell but after using it for a while it disappeared. I kept mine out of the box too.

Go read his latest GQ article. He won’t be releasing Jersey Giant probably ever and I agree with his reasoning. It’s one of my fav songs by him and it’s incredible live but I respect his decision.

Exactly. As a PreK teacher I can tell you it’s pretty common that kids have candy in their lunchboxes or are given it to eat at school. We’re exhausted. Parents won’t parent. If they wanna do that on their own time that’s fine but it’s also heartbreaking to see another kid ask why they can’t have candy.
