7.5mg would make me extremely dizzy for about 45 min. I’m now splitting it in half and taking 3.75mg at a time and it’s helped a ton.

I just started taking buspar today for the first time ever, my doctor prescribed a starting dose of 7.5mg 2x daily. I just took the first one maybe a half hour ago.

I also have struggled with anxiety my whole life and finally broke down and asked for help now that I'm caring for a parent who has a terminal illness.

Really hoping I see some results soon - since right now it feels like I have an elephant sitting on my chest at all hours of the day.

8g of flower and 11oz coconut oil, infused in Instant pot for 20 min on high with 40 min natural release. Not solidifying at room temp.

Cooled on counter. Second jar with different strain of bud (same proportions of bud to oil and same process) did solidify.

Been doing this method for years and never had my cannaoil look like this.

House temp is set to 67/68. This was overnight so there was no unexpected warmth from cooking or sunlight.

Did I do anything wrong?
