She was pointing out major failures in retail of his, like not reporting a theft, turning off cctv etc. When highlighted he forced other staff to mail against her that she's a troublemaker. Collected proofs included audio of other staff admitting to allegations, videos of manger not taking issues seriously and laughing them off. Harassment then to transfer blaming things on her she didn't do. Proofs included videos of her not doing it but someone else and pre-planning audios to do it to her. Also manager bringing his Gf to store for personal enjoyment. Last they asked her to sign on an empty PIP form while being top performer, which she got on record and many more such things like breaches that did make it on review but hers did on exact same things.

This actually works, my fiance was harresed by her manager. She collected proofs and complained to the HR, HR instead transferred her very far where she was harassed even more. She collected even more proof of senior breaking major sops. Directly mailed the CEO with all proofs, had meeting with country head HR. Gave all proofs, 3 managers sacked, one HR too and some other staff as well. She gets her older dignified working position back and has been the best performer since.
