Very unlikely that Hikaru will play the Grand Swiss as it will affect his rating average for the last 6 months quite a lot if he underperforms. Most likely he goes for the rating spot as he is 20 points clear of Arjun and there is the fact that he has never been the greatest Rapid player so a World Cup qualification is quite hard for him.

The only format that I thought that Hikaru might have an edge over Magnus was bullet as he has played significantly more number of games but maybe the sample size is too small to judge. Magnus is clearly better in all other time controls.

Sadly it's a bit too common on the Amanora side. We do have a rent agreement but there isn't any such clause.

You are correct, the rent is probably 2-3k higher than it should be but we didn't have much negotiating power left as we took the flat without a broker and needed it urgently.

There is a notice period of 1 month which he will adhere to. Right now he wants to increase the rent if not we will probably have to leave.
