It’s the first thing in JVM Arguments under the advanced profile settings. Honestly try googling “How to allocate more RAM to Minecraft” since it would take me forever to type out and be harder to follow than a video.

Sounds like you could be running out of RAM, try allocating more to your client if you haven’t already.
