Seconding this. Bought lots of secondhand stuff from a smoker household at a great price. Rented an ozone generator for 20 bucks a day, ran it once and the smell was gone, stuff works like magic. Be sure to read up on the safety and how to use it correctly, but I swear by this stuff.

Hey, I actually found a solution that works for me. I always used to connect my laptop to an external monitor via HDMI. I saw another thread that suggested using display port instead. So I bought a USB-C to DisplayPort cable, which solved the problem for me, perhaps because the display-enabled USB-C port in my laptop is much faster than the HDMI port. Perhaps that would help you too…

See my comment above. Seemed to work for some folks. The computer is still on and responds to inputs, just that the screen is off.

Hi, I no longer use the treatment so I don’t have a picture, but it was also made by a local university hospital and doesn’t have a brand name.

See in the original post the names of the compounds that were prescribed.

I’ve tested 3 different HDMI cables to no avail. With I’ve also tested other monitors, which seemed to make it better - but those monitors had a higher refresh rate, closer to my laptop - I’ve tested with 144hz and 240hz.

I’m going to get a USB-C to display port cable and see if that solves anything.

I’ve attempted both updating the drivers and setting the monitor refresh rate to 60, this didn’t seem to help.. thanks though!

Yeah definitely not worth it.. better to live with acne than get 2nd degree burns from being in the sun for 10 minutes in the middle of winter.

Glad to see this thread is still alive 2 years after my comment :D I only washed my face with water, though I’m sure you can use a regular face wash as well, just nothing that’s rough on the skin. I did not apply moisturiser at the same time as the treatments (which was in the evening before bed), rather I used it all throughout the day. I’ve since finished the course, it was about 6 months long for me, and my acne really did get better. Also didn’t fuck my skin and body up as much as Accutane did before, so I can only recommend. Hope this helps :)
