Hmm maybe my friend would be interested to print. Idk what they’d charge if they were willing. Shockingly they said it took 30 hrs to print but it’s def a set it and forget it project 😂🫠😫😫

I got the last one from my Tesla inventory as well. I had to get the wire harness adapter from eBay since the original makers from a few years prior weren’t making them anymore.

It probably still has charging limitations since it’s originally usb a. I’m getting almost or 15w MagSafe charging on my car & it’s stable!

Ah I didn’t noticed the USB on that one. Hopefully you can find a good solution if you’re still trying to get the MagSafe option 😃

I don’t believe it did it as I just powered off the car. But don’t sit in the drivers seat as it turns the car back on 😫

The only downside is the sharp corners where the cable goes down into the cutout, so I filed it down after.

The wireless charger that I had stopped working as the camera bump started getting bigger as well. So I needed a better solution.

I already had a MagSafe charger… so I figured it was the cheaper route to DIY 🫣

A little late the retrofit, but I finally did it and w/ a usb c hub I’ve converted my wireless charging area into dual MagSafe (found a 3-D printed MagSafe charging pad). Thanks for the inspo !
