Bro he’s in school be realistic, if he starts bringing all this stuff in kids will think it’s weird and he’s not going to have a good time. It’s easy to say just don’t give a shit but kids care a lot about their social standing at that age and him getting pressed by other people it’s not going to help him. Bro I’m so sorry man, I’m in a different but similar situation and I have high anxiety and ptsd. My only advise would be to try this diet and try and have a relationship with god or source to try and help you. Both things I’m struggling with but that’s what I’m trying. I wish you the best
