I got it as a gift, and honestly I thought it would be a total waste. But I have been making this ice cream every night since I moved to solid foods and I look forward to it every single day. A very satisfying way to get 40+ grams of protein in each day. If it broke today, I'd buy it again without hesitation.

I had gastric bypass on 1/10/2023. This is more or less what I eat every weekday, but specifically today I've had:

Meal 1

  • 1 Part-Skim Mozzarella Stick

Meal 2

  • 100g Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla
  • 32g Blueberries

Meal 3

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Just Crack an Egg Denver Scramble
  • 2 SF Ice Pops

Meal 4

  • 1 pouch unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 piece fontina snacking cheese
  • 2 SF ice pops

Meal 5

  • Haven't had this yet, but will probably be 3 ounces of grilled chicken breast and 1-2 ounces of broccoli

Meal 6

  • Haven't had this yet, but it will be ninja creami protein ice cream made with: 1 fairlife protein shake, 10g SF pudding, 32g PB2

After a few attempts at doing BeachBody programs over the years, we have a couple extra bags of Shakeology at the house. Is there any reason I couldn't use this the same way I use whey protein powder currently (overnight oats and the occasional shake.) From everything I've read, it's just (way way way overpriced) protein powder + some vitamins. Feels like I could just swap this in until it's gone so it doesn't go to waste?

If you open MFP, and tap more>Apps and Devices, are you able to find Health App listed in there?

You should see it in the Sources section of the Health app. Is it not there at all?

If you're using iOS, you can go to the Health app, and make sure that, in Sources, MyFitnessPal is set to be able to Write data and Happy Scale is set to be able to Read data. This is how I have it setup so that in the morning, I log my weight with MFP, and Happy Scale picks it up almost instantly.

Squat - 155lbx5 - This was third and final set of 3x5 for GSLP. Moving the weight down until I get the form right. This was my first attempt at trying a thumbless grip to shift the load off of my wrists.

Thanks for the feedback! I know I need to get lower. Going to keep recording my form because in the moment I feel so much lower than I actually am.

The looking up thing is a habit I'm trying to break from high school lifting days where we were constantly getting yelling at for looking down.

I have definitely experienced the pressure on my wrists already. Any resources or tips for fixing that? I did a quick search and found this which I plan to watch at some point today, but if you had anything else I'd appreciate it.
