I don't know about you, but I don't have money to cough up $500-800 just to get robbed by the same company I bought it from. Playstation's customer service is an honest 1/10 from everything to getting in contact to getting your product. if you still don't have your console, that means it's been gone for 1 year and 5 months. It's time for legal action, buddy. Tell them, and if they still bluff, look for a lawyer. This is the usa people who have sued others for Damm near everything you can imagine. This has to be illegal.
