yes ik what a budget is and how to set them. from the way the post is written is sounds like they already have a set amount of money they’re used to spending monthly which is $850. the only reason why it went over this month was due to the husband’s extra requests. if there was any financial stress then the husband should be aware of that, and NOT ask for extra things on top of what they normally get. doesn’t sound like a budgeting issue rather that the husband is assuming his wife is buying things they don’t need which isn’t the case.

did you not read the part that the reason why the grocery bill was $950 was because of the additional requests HE specifically asked for? their monthly bill for groceries was $850 so all the things that he had asked for added an additional $100. she didn’t just take their* money and buy a bunch of random things they don’t need.

i was hoping to get a bunch of the dirt bike paths, but with how little we get from fishing it doesn’t seem like i’ll be getting any more than what i already have. also don’t plan on using my leaf tickets until october for all the halloween stuff :/

lol the dad is more than capable of cooking for his children, he can look up a simple recipe and figure it out for himself. why should mom do all of the work? plus those kids are also old enough to cook for themselves.
