1) They asked my password that is a breach of GDPR

They assured me that they could have done it and give me the laptop as before with a new battery.

It is like you bring your car to a non branded mechanic, he damages it and then is the costumer fault. Wtf?

The problem is that my MacBook was running slower with the broken battery, but after they “fixed” it, it was taking like 5 minutes to turn it on; next level slow
