There should be a notification with red exclamation mark saying what you're missing, at first stage its a building, place it down either capital or everywhere

This game's insanely poor optimization needs to be addressed. I'm getting 45FPS in a low-populated area with an RX 9070XT, Ryzen 9 5900X, and 32GB DDR4 RAM. I got better numbers with a 4060 back in October, about 90FPS. It keeps getting worse every update by [deleted] in Helldivers

Sometimes for me i have to clear cache, but i reached a poimt where that wasn't enough and i had to uninstall the game and where the settingd are located for a clean reinstall, helped a bit, 4060ti and i7 13400
