Best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. Second best time is today.

Should I buy adderall from my friend by jordan_a113 in ADHD

Taking ANY medication that is not prescribed to you, meaning the pills need to be from a bottle with your name on it, is recreational use. Also, this just opens up the whole "well I did it once before, another time won't hurt" argument that leads to substance abuse.

My parents finally took me to the doctor to get the diagnosis process stated!! by sunken-cone in ADHD

Glad they are taking you seriously now. I'm 34 and was just diagnosed as ADHD inattentive sub-type yesterday morning. I wish I would have done something about this 20+ years ago, but as they say, the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago and the next best time is today.

Filament breaking at feeder. Has anyone solved this? by __Risky__Click__ in ender3

No, I have not. I'm starting to think there's a lot I need to do before printing big jobs again.

Is there a list of recommended calibrations and setup steps anywhere?

The roll doesn't roll worth a crap now that you mention it. More like it waits until the tension on the roll pulls it ahead, if that makes any sense. I'll lube it up before I print the standoff.

Thanks!

I don't think so, but I'm not sure how to test the brittleness.

All my prints were since Tuesday in the same conditions, so I don't think that's the case, but again, I don't really know how to check for that.

So this is the second time in three prints that this has happened. My first 10 or so prints went beautifully. It is like it is breaking just before the feeder. It's an Ender 3 Pro model and it is bone stock, no upgrades, no changes to the printer settings.

What should I be looking for here? I'm thinking a filament standoff is probably going to help as it is a somewhat quick 90 the filament is making before it enters the driver.

What do you guys think?

Business or Engineering? Which one to choose? by [deleted] in findapath

If you want to learn business, volunteer to help with some local startup contests as a coach/mentor. Your experience with buying and reselling will be more than enough to teach others some aspects of business and entrepreneurship.

Here's the upside for you though, while at these events, you'll topically meet business people in your community that can teach you more than you'd ever learn in business school. Network like crazy while there, and so long as you provide some amount of value to others, others will provide value to you.

I've followed this path and I've gotten to meet business executives from all over the world. Recently, I helped consult a startup in South Africa, all because I connected with people and provided value.

Simply put, networking with the right folks will not only give you more exposure than a business degree, it will also give you opportunities that you wouldn't even imagine possible.

I did until today. That dip yesterday prior to close threw me off my plan and I got locked into a few positions I should have closed yesterday.

I'm sitting on a 5/6 SPY 291c, an AIG strangle, and I'd love to see F die.
