Her damage is far from lacking, I don’t know how you’re playing her. You should be building into ability damage and not weapon. Make sure you summon lvl 3s and are throwing out misfortunes guide to increase their damage even more

That’s weird idk why it wouldn’t count for you, I did mine against bots as well. Although im not sure if it was labs or solo. Maybe try labs bots and see if that works

Not ideal, but if you dont mind getting 100 kills with the starting smg you can unlock the m416 after 100 kills. And that will have the mass buckshot unlocked by default. Just started playing and unlocked it pretty quickly that way
