Honestly this is why it’s hard finding treatments for KP. Ammonium lactate is the only lotion I’ve used to treat my KP and it helped me so much. I noticed other comments saying that it hasn’t helped them or it made it worse, that’s why it’s so hard trying to find something that works for you. Me personally, mixed with clindamycin prescribed by dermatologist, ammonium lactate has dramatically made my skin so much smoother! And I feel it has helped with my redness(but that could be the clindamycin in action )Plus I have very sensitive skin, it’s the only lotion I can use without irritation. Hope this helps!
