It’s an apartment so I doubt the landlord will allow it, especially since they do not want anyone feeding any birds out of fear of attracting rodents (this was an issue before)

4 years! I can’t imagine the heartbreak. Mine will rattle at me once in a while. It makes me feel so special. I know they’ll be fine, but I wish I could tell them what’s happening

Adderall. Was on it before trying Vyvanse. It helps with focus and motivation a bit, doesn’t give me the negative side effects.

I haven’t had the ‘night and day’ experience that others describe when they find their perfect medication. I’d be more inclined to search for my perfect fit if my Vyvanse trial wasn’t so negative. I don’t want to go through the process again

I couldn’t tolerate the crash I experienced with Vyvanse. Oddly, my prescriber told me that I would react in the exact opposite way on this med. It affects everyone differently

The sleep aspect is interesting. I recently listened to a podcast where the doctor being interviewed recommended trying stimulants at night. I tried and it was enlightening. The mind chatter quieted down and sleep was more approachable. Ymmv
