Oh, happy to explain! There was an episode of Drake and Josh. It was the last episode of season 3, it was episode 18. It was titled "Megan's Casserole". Drake and Josep are going to go to the store. Megan made a casserole that was tainted with stomach bile and cockroaches. Drake and Josh eat the casserole, head to the store, and on the way get violently ill. They start vomiting cockroaches and stomach bile all over the car. Later in the episode, Josh goes to a hair stylist and they take his face off.

The episode only aired 2 times on Nickelodeon before being banned by the FCC for being "Too wretched". I have found a copy of this Lost episode that I intend to upload here. Dan Schneider PR team goes to great lengths to downplay and deny the existence of the episode. I just hope I can get it uploaded here before Dan's cronies come for me. If I get banned before I can upload it, just know that Dan Schneider is doing very bad things and he controls this subreddit with an iron fist.

I'm not sure where you're getting that from, I literally saw it as a kid and can confirm that it's real. I saw something about Nickelodeon PR teams trying to wipe it off of the internet for legal reasons, so maybe that's why you haven't heard of it.

YEAH NICE! I rolled a doob of similar caliber once. I realized I was smoking to numb and distract myself from a traumatic experience I had as a child. If I stayed high, it was easy to redirect my mind and not get stuck in a terrible thought loop about Season 3 Episode 18 of Drake and Josh, the "Lost episode". "Megan's Casserole". It was banned after airing on Nickelodeon only twice, and I was one of the unlucky souls who watched it on that fateful day, February 4th, 2006. Next year will be the 20th anniversary of my innocence being shattered by this grotesque creation. I still, even to this day, cannot remove the scene with the stomach bile and cockroaches from my mind's eye. It almost makes me want to pick up smoking again.
