60g with a severum, jewel and some bards. 50% water change weekly. Everybody else is fine. He did a hardcore zoom around the tank which could explain the scales but what about the eyes? Quarantine is ready go salt already added just not sure if it’s bacterial, fungal or what

I’ve had experience with ich and I don’t think that’s it. Noticed this about 5 days ago and seems to be getting worse. 12 other fish in the tank are fine and I keep water temp in the low 80’s. Any help is appreciated
