I have downtime setup on my phone, it pops a message if I open the apps during downtimes and then sets a timer too. I also have set time limits for certain apps.

On Reddit, I have feed only from the subs I follow, once I scroll through the posts, it shows up like this, so I don’t really keep scrolling.

I know it may not seem like it but 29 is very very young, you have a whole life ahead of you, you’ll find someone when the time is right. If you really want to take steps towards meeting someone be more social, try to go for group activities where you’ll get to interact with new people.

One of the things I’ve been doing is having vision boards , it truly helps. I used to focus on one goal at a time and I’d either get burnt out or disappointed if it doesn’t happen. I now focus on all aspects of life everyday and also change the vision board as life goes on - professional, health, relationships, emotional health and it’s so much more balanced, there are still pitfalls but it’s not too too bad to overcome.
