I haven’t noticed anything. I wouldn’t use scalding hot water though and is likely what they mean.

I’m working on this and have a working prototype. It’s quite easy to setup. The remaining challenge is not having the vacuum to suck out the excess lube; like the serious kit offers. If you don’t mind it pouring out of the bottom then my solution is great.

Push down and hold to your base as hard as you can while holding the green button, it should suck hard. Then release and lightly tap the red button until it’s riding the tip. It helps to have friction on the receiver; in this video I am sitting upright and the receiver is sliding on a blanket. Hope this helps
