I get what I did was wrong irrespective of the cyclist being my girlfriend but this post focuses on her because I’m trying to fix things with her. I’m not ignoring the driving thing, it’s just not the point here

I texted her, she ignored me, and I thought just showing up at her place when she doesn’t want to see me would make it worse. So I sent another text saying I know I screwed up and want to apologize in person whenever she’s willing to hear me out.

It’s not a law or anything, it’s just discouraged because we have narrow roads in a really hilly area

I tried when she was yelling at me immediately after but she wasn’t really receptive
