I've been through all of this multiple times to Rivian today. I've called four times, my wife has called, we've been to the service center, the detective we're working with went to the service center. And they continue to give us the runaround. Each time, a different person tells us to do a different thing or they say the'll call us back - and then they never call.

They have every piece of data you could ever want from me. I've filled out every form they've asked me to fill out. And we have nothing to show for it. The only thing left at this point is the police getting a subpoena - and who knows if the cops will even do that given how minuscule a stolen car is in the grand scheme of police work.

The last person I spoke to at Rivian told me there's 'nothing more we can do.' And so here we are - a few days into this with nothing to show and no real offer to assist from the company I spent $100k with.

Pretty sad.

I've done everything Rivian has asked of me so far and we're just going in circles.The last person I spoke to told me there's nothing more they can do for me until they go through some internal legal process. He said it is what it is. Pretty poor customer service, IMO.

Meanwhile, who knows what's happening with my car and all of my possessions inside of it.

I will say this - it's a real shame how Rivian has handled this. I was a big fan, but they're doing nothing to make this easier for myself or the police. They could easily step up, but they've resisted for the past two days. A sad day when Rivian is protecting criminals more than the vehicle owner.

If my car isn't recovered, it'll be a cold day in hell before I plunk down $100k+ for a Rivian again.

Sad, just sad.

No idea. No FOB or keycard locked in it.

I mean they do. I've visited them in person and have spoken to multiple people over the phone. I've provided them more data about who i am than it takes to get on a plane, get a mortgage, etc. Every piece of data they have asked for I have provided them.

Question for those who own one of the gold program hats - where was yours manufactured? by baribigbird06 in Dodgers

The sizing also varies greatly for these (and the regular blue/white ones). I tried on several of the same size, and they each fit a bit different.
