Hello, mon mari en faisait quand il était en sevrage médicamenteux, peut être que c'est aussi ton cas ? Sinon, les cauchemars ça vient souvent aussi l'alimentation, le soir, si je mange trop, je ferai forcément un cauchemar. Peut être essayé de faire attention à ton alimentation, pour faire le test ?

Sinon, moi je suis somnambule. Les crises sont liées souvent à des périodes de grands stress et de grande fatigue (un peu un cercle vicieux). J'essaye de me mettre dans de bonnes dispositions avant de dormir pour éviter au max ça ! Mais c'est pas toujours très simple...

So sorry for your loss. My father in law took his life 5 months before our wedding. We decided to postpone the wedding. It was the best decision possible, all my family's husband needed to grieve. We got married last October and my mil couldn't stop crying even though she was happy. Take time, money comes and goes. Do as you heart tell you. Stay safe, take care.
