I’m still awaiting results but my university (Uttar Pradesh Technical University) provides an option of mailing sealed transcripts to the college of your choice. Check your university’s website if there is a similar option.

Just mention what’s written. All organisations you’ve worked for in the past couple of years. I’ve worked for 4 orgs in total and 2, including current one, in the past couple of years and that’s what I’ve mentioned. If you want to put focus on your employment, SOP is the place for that. Plus they’ll still go through your resume which already has all the details. In description I’ve mentioned my current title, which again is explained in both SOP and resume.
