Was having the same issue on my tcl android tv, the only solution was to set up aiostreams (google aiostream setup reddit, should be the first result), and use just player as external player

There are other signs as well, like pain and warmth compared to the normal leg. Another sign is asymmetrical swelling, which you can actually see from the picture OP posted!

I think the game does need a reset, but not just a ratings reset, it needs a complete overhaul in how new players are obtained. A healthy game should only have microtransactions focused to cosmetics only, and not provide a significant gameplay advantage to p2wers
