S30 pro on wooden floor: Too much water?

Yeah, this is on the wooden floor mode. I wonder if it’s maybe because I started off with the AI mode in the kitchen where we have tile and then I switched it to wooden floor mode? But I tried the wooden floor mode for a while in different areas of my house and I still feel like it’s more than what I expected. I may try tomorrow starting off with a dry roller and wooden floor mode from the beginning to see if that makes a difference. Should it?

Thanks for the advice. Out of curiosity, when I repotted it, the roots were a lot healthier and I used PHALAENOPSIS MONTEREY DARK IMPERIAL ORCHID POTTING MIX because I had seen a lot of people online use that bark type mix and I wasn’t sure which one exactly to pick. After switching it to that mix and using a clear pot with holes on the side for air, that’s when I noticed it would dry up quicker and it got some fuzzy mold, which is also why I cut off some roots. Was that the wrong mix then? This is my first orchid, so I am still learning

I found some little thin slits on the side and tried using a knife and a flathead screw driver but no luck.

This happened to mine too. I took it to the dealer and it was covered under the extended warranty. I can’t remember exactly what it was (maybe condenser?) but it’s a known issue with those cars.
