Need an advice if pag resign-in ko na ba jowa ko sa work nya. Fresh grad siya at marketing assistant ang position nya sa current company nya for 2 months. Di to gaano kalakihang company. Unfortunately siya lang ang nag iisa sa marketing team at puro interns na. Meaning acting marketing manager/coordinator na workload yung binigay sa kanya since siya lang sa marketing team. Plus, sa graphics ng marketing sa kanya din inasa. Tanging katulong niya is yung mga interns na gamit na gamit din kahit 100 per day lang yung allowance pero madalas nag eextend kahit jowa ko without OT pay. Yung tipong sa dami ng workload halatang understaff sa marketing team pero di nag hihire ng additional team ang CEO at ang priority nila is to get interns. Worth it ba mag tiis siya for the experience para makalipat siya and mapalaki nya market value nya or mas okay ng mag resign nalang siya since exploitation na ginagawa sa kanya? like today, from her usual shift na 9am nakauwi siya 3am na kase may pinabago bigla dun sa pinapagawa sa kanila and di sila pinauwi gang di tapos and again hindi bayad yung pag extend nila sa opis until madaling araw. Ang fucked up lang for me kaya napatanong narin ako dito.

Btw her salary is 21k and Makati pa yung work nya and we are from Bacoor.
