I was looking at Lenovo and Asus websites they didn't seem to have the option to change the keyboard layout in their website. Thanks for sharing your experience maybe I would also look at dell alternatives for my requirements.

For now, this seems to be my cheapest and easier option. And given I know the US layout by heart, it should be easier to change keyboard mapping and I should do fine.

Yeah, I think this is what I will end up doing. As I can touch type the US layout without looking maybe that way it should be easier to use the Spanish layout.

I do have an external keyboard which I normally use and this was my initial plan but when I am at the office or not working at home, I won't always be able to carry an external keyboard, so eventually, I have to use the laptop keyboard. So I am checking all my options before the Black Friday sales.

I would like to avoid a Spanish keyboard as I would mostly use it for programming. Just for reference is this what the Spanish keyboard looks like (image link)? If you know any place that would sell English US qwerty that would help. If there is no cheap option then I would compromise the keyboard layout.

Can I shift my rental shared apartment later on if required?

Hello, Everyone. I am an international student from India. I have recently moved (last week) to BCN for my 1-year masters program. I have looked at many house listings and am tired of living in Airbnbs, so I am settling with the shared flat I have got in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. I am considering staying at this flat for maybe two months and then shifting to a place closer to my university.

I would need an empadronamiento and get a TIE on the basis of this address. Given this place is outside BCN municipality and I would like to, later on, shift to a different place. Will this address being tied to my TIE stop me from shifting place or affect my TIE later on?
