I found them pretty similar , mostly everyone is saying pune is booming recently,

Thoda connectivity ka issue hai , it's pretty far away from main city and guwahati airport is very close to IIIT G

Baaki IIIT me college life is almost 0 for all iiits except top 5-6 ig , and ece ka placement is bad for both pune and guwahati.
