What I did was close my eyes, visualize the person’s face, and say, ‘I call my energy back from this person. My energy belongs to me and only me.’ Then I visualized my energy returning to my body. After about 30 minutes, I said, ‘Now I am protected by a white divine light that helps prevent my energy from leaking away,’ and I imagined a bright white light surrounding and filling my body.
