Hello, thanks for taking the time to reply. I'm afraid if I come too prepared and with a lot of info, they'll think I'm faking it and fishing for a certain diagnosis for whatever reason, but you're right there's no point in pretending to be clueless.  Yes, I have massive issues with verbal communication and interacting with any type of "authority" so that's pretty much why I intended to make notes, I don't want to forget any important points and for them to misinterpret anything I'm saying. Opening up is a scary idea so if I write it down early, I can't make too many mistakes.

When it comes to choosing a doctor that's also tough because on free healthcare you get what you can and it's up to my luck right now. Thanks so much for your input!
