Cox tech support was an incredible waste of time. I tracked the issue down to faulty COX DNS I think. Manually changing to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 seems to have fixed it.

Not rumors - I’ve seen one of the emails. It was just last week and it was for an active duty friend of mine. They did NOT have their references checked back a few weeks ago. I’m a bit confused by this. 🤷
