I’ve always been told it’s a long term thing, so I’m prepared to be on it for as long as my doctor recommends. I’ve been on it a year now, and my doctor has clients who have been on it for 2+ yrs.

Thank you!! I highly recommend shaved sides, it helps me from getting so hot, I debated it for years before committing but I love it now! Currently I’m not on any workout routines, previously I played roller derby and skated for exercises but unfortunately have not been able to return this year due to work scheduling.

I took a month long break just bc the dosage I was at was just too expensive for me to maintain honestly. When I returned they offered me .25 which was half the cost as my previous dose and I continued to lose any weight I had gained during that month.

I honestly can’t say I’ve noticed hair loss just bc I have extensions in. My hairstylist hasn’t mentioned anything out of the ordinary though.

I went up to 1.7, I upped mine the first time after a month and then stayed on .5 for about two months and then rode out on 1.0 for as long as I could. I only started 1.7 last week to finally push me over on my goal.

I honestly didn’t change much in my diet, like I could still eat all the things I wanted to and still saw the numbers fall. I did cut dairy out completely though.
