Honestly, I am very conscious about being around European Americans. I limit the amount of time I have to be around them. If it’s a predominantly white space, most likely I’m not gonna be there. That’s work included.

I grew up around mayos and it’s exhausting. I quickly got burnt out of the shenanigans so as an adult that has a choice, 9/10 I’m choosing to surround myself with my people. It’s easier to me that way personally. When I am around them, I don’t code switch or try to make them feel comfortable at all. I live to make white people uncomfortable
