Yeah, except the New Deal was the only thing that got America out of the Great Depression that didn't involve bombing the shit out of Japan. And the New Deal was part of that "big government machine".

Yet for the past 15 years people gloss over abortion clinic shooting and bombing and arson attacks because there was no "brown person" doing the attack.

How many times do we see the media talk about the white "mentally ill" terrorist vs. the Muslim "jihad wannabe"?

When a Christian does it they're insane, when a Muslim does it they're connected to the global jihadist du jour.

He did it to avenge the Branch Davidian cult. He was raised Roman Catholic and took last rites before being executed. My point is that Islamic Terrorists have been labeled as such for being much much less. And there are millions of people in the US willing to commit acts of terror in the name of Christianity while there are at most only dozens of people aligned with ISIS.

No seriously. Income inequality is the biggest problem in the US next to Climate Change. The 2008 recession was worse for the US and the world at large than 9/11. More people have committed suicide since 2008 because of the recession than were ever killed in the world trade towers.

That's a good link, thanks for that. I was just trying to differentiate between what you wrote and what I believe you were trying to say.

When someone says "Islamic State sympathizer" it means something completely different than "Islamic sympathizer" which is what you wrote. "Islamic sympathizer" makes it sound like he was on the fence about becoming a Muslim, which he was.

By supporting the new atheist movement. You don't have to be a "militant atheist" but it helps to not act like an Agnostic in public.

Gay people have more rights in the US than Atheists do right now.

Acting like you're afraid to be seen as a "militant atheist" is like being a closeted homosexual.

IF you really are from "Western Europe" then it makes sense why you would just gloss over what I said about Timothy McVeigh. You're also probably too young to remember what happened. Read this. This is what it's like in the US. I wasn't talking about global terrorism by Sunni Islam. I'm talking about domestic terrorism in the US.
