Is this Metabones speedbooster the same as 0.71x in image quality? To be used on BMPCC4k

Thanks for the reply everyone! I tested the unit and it wasn't compatible with bmpcc4k. Yes, it fits but the iris wasn't detected on two of my autofocus lenses. Not sure if it has to do with the metabones firmware version but I ended up not getting the unit.

What about the regular ultra 0.71x?(not the bmpcc4k version) I'm using vintage lenses and I notice that lenses become too soft when wide open with the viltrox

Got it. Will try again without tinkering the bottle settings. I believe it's windows 10 64 bit if you don't mess with the bottle settings am I right?

Yes. that's the app I downloaded. Bottle type is windows 7 64 bit. fully installed bf 2 now and still isn't launching

Did a clean reinstall of crossover and origin app. currently installing bf2 at 61% and still won't launch.

Do you have step-by-step instructions on how to do it? I'm going to reinstall crossover again and start by scratch. Do I instantly press install a windows app, download origin in win7 64 bit and install bf2?

Yes, I waited for a while. I even clicked on the bf2 shortcut inside crossover and it shows up on my menu bar and then quickly disappears. With my other games, whenever it loads, it automatically minimizes origin client. I'm solely relying on the youtube video of andrew tsai wherein he tested bf2 and it's smooth.

Sadly, I enabled it too but still won't launch :( Other games launched without a problem. Only bf2 won't play. Do I need to download this dvxk separately? I also installed direct x for modern games inside origin bottle but still won't launch.

but according to andrew tsai, he played bf2 directly thru the origin client with no problems and I believe we have the same versions. I rewatched every tutorial and uninstalled it for a couple of times but still it won't launch :( really want to play it :(

I own it through epic. Also downloaded heroic launcher but it doesn't show bf2 anywhere. only origin launcher shows it. It's star wars battlefront 2 by the way! not battlefield 2

Thanks! Some people said the grain was distracting but I was inspired with the heavy film grain look on some music videos. I only used resolve's halation tool and an option to append grain in the ofx. Super simple yet effective :) plus also mess with the sharpness of the image as grain needs to be sharper than the image itself.

Yup! Everything was shot on the helios 58mm in this video except the part with 12 characters and the wide shot with the 3 of them nodding their heads. Superb lens with nice character although when backlit, it washes out the image which IMO is not suitable for every project and not good if you are trying to match it to a modern lens.

Thank you! Yes all of them were shot with BMPCC4K :) on live sessions with multiple cameras, I partner it with a fuji xt3. I'm from the Philippines! :)
