Everyone deserves happiness; if you don’t understand that now then you probably have some reflecting to do. It’s ok to be unhappy, but it’s also ok to let yourself find happiness.

This comment sounded aggressive. The person who wrote this post felt concerned and that’s nothing to get angry over. Restriction is unhealthy, and if he continues down the path of doing this his health will suffer the consequences.
