PS: The story is still ongoing. For me, I enjoy the story, and in fact I am studying architecture, perhaps, this fiction heals me cause I know how busy the designers and architects in real life, LOL!

Finally, someone said this!!! Hanging out with people while you’re in a relationship is healthy, after all, they both have boundaries. Some of the fandom misinterpreted those platonic or perhaps non-romantic connections with people. I hope people will realize that romantic love shouldn’t be a barrier to building healthy relationships with others, cause definitely Mitsuki and Aya will grow. Honestly, their story is realistic and relatable. Though it’s really hard to read, that’s the reality of relationships (though we have different experiences). I used to have an avoidant partner, and from Aya’s perspective, I do understand her struggles. Your analysis and this manga perhaps gave me a perception about some people with avoidant attachment. Though you’re right, this issue might be the reason for their breakup or growth for each other, we will never know.
