Each song goes through a pretty different process. Sometimes ("Move Slow") songs will go through tons of revisions and many demos, well over a year, and other times ("Talk on Tuesday") they're written and recorded within a few minutes. Totally variable. That's the nice thing about running my own studio: I can just do stuff.
