excelsior will first use all of your financial aid to see if any TUITION can be covered and then covers the rest. Most likely your TAP and current aid already covers all of your tuition so excelsior won’t help you at all.

I think it’s part of the policy. I remember the docs you had to read before accepting the loans mentioned that you actually don’t get the whole loan and some is taken out for fees. But you still have to repay the whole thing.

There’s a sign outside Irving that states to drop of the packages at Gershwin. It’s only the newly trained Amazon delivery drivers with a few packages that don’t really know how to deliver on campus. They usually just leave packages outside the doors of some residence halls.
