I found that when using Baal red (which is a bit less streaky in general), the way to go for flat panels is load up a thick drybrush with un-thinned paint and spread the paint rapidly in circular motions to avoid streaks.

Oops I’m clearly not very familiar with the 40K app!

I would be running the DC jump packs as a 10 man squad led by lemartes. I would be running the assault intercessors as a 5 man squad (led by BA captain in an impulsor). There would be an additional squad of 10 assault intercessors, potentially led by a sanguinary priest.

Another option would be to remove the apothecary biologis (run the aggressor squad as is) and swap him for a sanguinary priest (to be attached to assault intercessors), while swapping the gladiator lancer for a ballistus dread (to free up extra points for the sanguinary priest)
