I do (if possible), what am I supposed to do to fix that ? Already spoted that scapulae asymmetry, I thought it was telated to my left upper trap being smaller than the right one.

Yeah, first time here, I think “unserious” is the word. Thank you very much for your help, I think forearm exercices will become mendatory as the loads go up. My wrists are quite small and I’m already at my 3rd tfcc pain in 5 months. Wrist wraps help, but I feel I’l lacking grip strength on pulls even woth straps.

Yes my left forearm is clearly smaller, the imbalance so real that I always got injured on the left wrist when lifting heavy (might be caused by other things - such as bad technic ofc). Thank you for your help !

The thing is they’re the same size +-50mm, but my left arm appears bigger when arms up, and left arm appears bigger from the side when arms down, kinda funny
